E-Gov
One of the benefit of the implementation of electronic government started with the initiation of Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) by the Malaysian government such as Procurement (eP), Project Monitoring System (PMS), Electronic Services Delivery (eServices), Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), GePublic Services Portal (myGovernment), e-Tanah, e-Consent, e-Filing, e-Local Government (e-PBT), e-Kehakiman, Custom Information System (SMK), Pensions Online Workflow Environment (POWER), Office Environment (GOE), E-Syariah and Electronic Labour Exchange (ELX) is the process of changing from traditional paper based office into paperless office. However changing the mind set is not an easy task but it needs to be done.Its till happened in some organization.

ReplyDeleteEveryone, every agency includes public sectors have to move to the era of IT. What it's all about? IT makes our live more easier, use paperless, makes our job done more faster. We couldnt resist the changes of IT, we have to accept it and government realise how important IT to stackholders, staffs as well as to the department itself. One of the requirement to meet and fulfill the customer satisfactions is to makesure feedback from government to the customer needs should be faster....that is way the implementation of e-gov is one of an excellant effort nowadays and perhaps in the future.....
